Shipping Policy
Each item is packaged with care, and insured for its full value. I ship to the Continental United States (collectors outside the U.S., please contact me for acquisitions).
You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment. My insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork — if you would like to decline this service, please let me know. Items delivered without a signature can not be returned, or exchanged.
Return Policy - Giclée Limited Editions
I order and pay for your giclée as soon as I receive your payment — it's printed just for you. Therefore, giclée's are non-refundable. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. (805) 528-3174.
Return Policy - Original
If you're not delighted with your original artwork purchase, I will give you a full refund providing you contact my studio, or call (805) 528-3174, and ship the painting back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify me after 5 days, I cannot offer you a refund.
I require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as I shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the package. Photograph any damage to the artwork and call me immediately (805) 528-3174. If the carrier is present, please make sure they document the damage.
